INDIGENOUS CONTENT INNOVATION CHALLENGE 2021 FOR HIGHER INSTITUTION IN HONOUR OF Engr. Chief E.C Iwuanyanwu, FNSE,

These are the suggested THEMES with Major Initiatives to drive home the INDIGENOUS CONTENT INNOVATION CHALLENGE for Optimum Result.

  • Climate Change
  • Pollution control (Air, Water, Land).
  • Waste to Energy
  • Carbon Capture
  • Renewable Energy
  • Waste Management and Packaging
  • Waste to Wealth
  • Beating Global Pandemic through Ecosystem Restoration

The Innovation challenge is open to anyone who has interest on the designated topics. This means there is no restriction as to age, race, religion, profession and institutions. Meaning it is open for Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnic, College of Technologies accross the Federation.

NATIONAL ESSAY COMPETITION 2021 FOR THE SECONDARY SCHOOL CATEGORY IN HONOUR OF ENGR. CHIEF E.C IWUANYANWU, FNSE

These are the suggested THEMES with Major Initiatives to drive home the NATIONAL ESSAY COMPETITION for Optimum Result.

  1. Environmental Engineering and Public Health: Essentials for Curbing Global Pandemic.
  2. Investment on Environmental Health and Safety: Boost in Promoting Sustainability.
  3. Environment and Engineering: Connecting People to Nature.
  4. Is Nigeria ready to join the conversation about Climate Change? Defend your answer.
  5. Saving the Nigeria Environment with better Implementation of laws.

 

ENTRY SUBMISSION

  • INDIGENOUS CONTENT INNOVATION CHALLENGE

  1. The Indigenous Content Innovation Challenge starts on 11th October 2021 to 27th November 2021. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
  2. The judges will evaluate participants on the quality of thoughts originality and articulation of idea.
  3. The research demonstration must be done professionally to accommodate the aims and objective of the Indigenous Content Challenge 2021.
  4. Submission entries must be sent through the course link provided below but incase of difficulty in using the course, you can send your submission to the email nieeimostatechapter@gmail.com with full name, phone numbers, email address and recent passport photo.
  5. For Indigenous Content Innovation Challenge, the Prototype project should be duly signed and stamped by the Referees/Student Affiliate Body.
  6. The Indigenous Content Innovation Challenge shall be original, unpublished and shall also include relevant documentation to aid the demonstration.
  7. Please note that all submission of the Indigenous Content Innovation Challenge project that does not follow the criteria specified above shall be disqualified.
  8. A cash reward of 1million Naira will be given to the winners, First runner up shall be given N750,000 and Second runner up shall be given N500,000

  • THE NATIONAL ESSAY

  1. The National Essay starts on 11th October 2021 to 27th November 2021. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
  2. Must be a Secondary School student in Nigeria.
  3. Essay must be original work of an individual, No Team work and must have not been published elsewhere.
  4. The word count must be between 1000 – 1500 words
  5. Submission entries must be sent through the course link provided below but incase of difficulty in using the course, you can send your submission to the email nieeimostatechapter@gmail.com with full names, institution name, phone numbers, email address and recent passport photo.
  6. Please note that all submission of the National Essay that does not follow the criteria specified above shall be disqualified.
  7. A cash reward of N300,000 Naira shall be given to the First winner, N200,000 for the Second runner up and Third winner shall be given N100,000
