COURSE OVERVIEW
The “Fluid Mechanics I” is aimed at imparting knowledge on fundamentals of fluid properties and fluid systems. A brief introduction of fluid and fluid properties will be taught. Following this, Forces on plane curved surfaces, Floating and submerged bodies, Kinematics of Fluid motion, Hydraulics of pipe flow etc. will be taught.

This course was designed by Dr. Nwogu Ngozi in collaboration with Dr. . N.C Izuwa of FUTO. All staff associated with this course, including the TAs will act as facilitators for the discussion boards.

None.

1 – 2 hours per week.

GRADING SCHEME
All activities are due to be completed by Sept, 26th 2019, 22:30 GMT. You’ll be graded on weekly activities (100% weight in final score) You need to score 80% or higher to pass the course and receive a certificate. You can check your progress by selecting the “Progress” tab
