COURSE OVERVIEW
The course “Petroleum Geology” is aimed at imparting the students with the knowledge of the Origin of Oil and Gas, Hydrocarbons, Geology of Niger Delta, Lake Chad Basin. etc. The following will be taught in this course:

- Migration and accumulation of oil and gas.
- Geology of Niger Delta and Lake Chad Basin
- Geophysics
This course was designed by ENGR. DR. Ubanozie Obibuike, Department of Petroleum Engineering, FUTO. All staff associated with this course, including the TAs will act as facilitators for the discussion boards includes; A.O CHIKWE, O. NWANWE, J. ODO

None.

GRADING SCHEME
All activities are due to be completed by May, 27th 2021, 22:30 GMT. You’ll be graded on weekly activities (100% weight in final score) You need to score 80% or higher to pass the course and receive a certificate. You can check your progress by selecting the “Progress” tab
